Below are common usage scenarios and instructions to help you better understand how the application works.
What you do:
Open the app from your app drawer like any other app.
What you get:
All features available. No home screen changes, no permissions needed.
What changes:
App shortcut moves to the top-left corner of your home screen – tap to launch.
Your other apps are now in an app drawer – swipe up from bottom to see them.
How to revert:
Go to Settings > Apps > Default apps > Home app and select your previous launcher.
(Some devices also allow resetting by long-pressing the home screen icon.)
Standard removal:
Via Play Store: search for the app → tap Uninstall.
Via app drawer: long-press the icon → select Uninstall.
If removal fails:
The app is still set as your default home screen.
Fix: First follow the revert steps in Scenario B to switch to another launcher, then uninstall.
